  • Communication Data: SMS verification codes and phone numbers when using Twilio-powered SMS notifications and two-factor authentication.
  • Device and Technical Information: Device type, operating system, IP address, browser type and version, language settings, and related technical data.
  • Usage Data: Log files, analytics data, cookies, tracking technologies, session durations, navigation patterns, and error logs stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.

3. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from You: When you register, subscribe, interact with customer support, or sign documents.
  • From Third-Party Services: Through Google SSO authentication, Stripe payment processing, and Twilio SMS services when you use these integrated features.
  • Automatically: Through cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, analytics tools, and similar technologies deployed across our AWS-hosted infrastructure.

4. Use of Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our Services, including digital signature transactions and document management.
  • To authenticate your identity and ensure the legal validity and enforceability of electronically signed documents.
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, and communicate billing notifications.
  • To respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and send important service updates.
  • To analyze usage, monitor performance, enhance security, and improve our platform.

  • We implement industry-standard encryption, access controls, and security protocols to protect your data, leveraging AWS security infrastructure including encryption at rest and in transit.
  • All payment information is processed securely through Stripe's PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure - we do not store credit card details on our servers.
  • SMS communications through Twilio are encrypted and transmitted securely, with phone numbers handled according to Twilio's security standards.
  • Google SSO authentication is conducted through secure OAuth 2.0 protocols, and we only access basic profile information with your explicit consent.
  • Access to personal and document data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
  • We regularly review and update our security practices to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
